TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. TUITION & BOOKINGS

• Introductory Sessions: The 30-minute introductory lesson is free of charge and carries no obligation to book further sessions.

• Block Bookings: Payments for block bookings (e.g., 10 lessons) are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.

• Cancellations: I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend, the full lesson fee will be charged. If I need to cancel, I will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule or refund the session.

2. SESSION WORK (LIVE & STUDIO)

• Booking Confirmation: A session is confirmed only once dates, rates, and requirements are agreed upon in writing (email/text).

• Expenses: Travel outside of London (Zone 1-6) and congestion charges are to be covered by the client unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellations: Sessions cancelled by the client within 48 hours of the start time may be subject to a 50% "kill fee" to cover lost work.

3. CONDUCT & SAFETY

• I aim to provide a safe and supportive learning environment. I reserve the right to terminate a lesson or session immediately if conduct is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
